We operate across the United States and United Kingdom. Where this policy references UK GDPR, it applies to personal data collected from individuals in the UK and European Economic Area.
What data we collect and why
Email address. Field Notes newsletter
When you submit your email address via the Field Notes subscribe form on our website, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you our weekly newsletter, Field Notes. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their marketing purposes.
Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR): Consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.
Name. Foundation Assessment booking
Our booking page (hosted by Calendly) may collect your name and email address to schedule a Foundation Assessment call. This data is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy. We use the information only to prepare for and follow up on your call.
Website analytics. Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and approximate location (city/country level). No personally identifiable information is collected via GA4 without your consent.
You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Email platform and data storage
Our newsletter is sent via a third-party email platform (currently being finalised, and this notice will be updated once a platform is confirmed). Your email address is stored on that platform's servers. We use the platform only to send Field Notes. All platforms we use are required to comply with applicable data protection law.
We do not store your email address in any other system.
How long we keep your data
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to Field Notes. If you unsubscribe, your email address is deleted from our active mailing list within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@infin8growth.ai.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
